Wikinuts, Are you Friendly Nuts or a Lovely Nuts?

The title seems to be strange. Isn’t it? This is a nut story. An analogy or comparison of nuts. This is a survey to the Wikinuts to choose a nut of their choice. Compare the two fruits - a jackfruit and a mango- with an analogy between friendship and sensuous love.

Jackfruit friendship and mango love

The title seems to be strange. Isn’t it? This is a nutty story. An analogy or comparison of nuts. This is a survey to the Wikinuts to choose a nut of their choice.

Spring and summer are at the threshold in the northern hemisphere of the globe. It is the season of jackfruits and mangoes in the tropical countries such as India. Jackfruit and mango are fruits which have exceptional taste. Nowadays, jackfruits and mangos are available all over the world through the globalized commercialism.

Both jackfruit and mango have nuts inside. Both of them have very sweet and fragrant flesh. Both of them grow on the same kind of soil from which they grasp the nutrients for their growth.

Have you ever tasted these fruits? Have you noticed the differences between these two fruits?

Now, compare these two fruits with an analogy between friendship and sensuous love.
Jackfruit has a rough outer skin. It looks thorny and feels troublesome to hold. Mango has a beautiful green or reddish orange skin.

To find a good and faithful friend is a thorny effort. You can find beauty and sensuous love flattering you with the outside attraction.

If you cut and open the jackfruit, you can find dozens of nuts inside. Some may have even a hundred nuts or seeds. But mango has just one nut or seed. You can have many good friends. But your most sensuous partner can be only one. You can find the deepest love there.

Beware of using them

Have you experienced the magnetic resin or paste-like glue that sticks to your hand? You have to work hard by applying oil and other things to remove the resin of the jackfruit. True friends stick together and are greatly dedicated to you. They do not want to leave you.

Mango has a toxic resin that you can find on the twig to which the fruit is attached. It also sticks to your hand like a paste ; but sometimes it irritates and troubles you like poison ivy. If you misinterpret the love of your partner or lover, he/she may also change like that!

Now, dear Wikinuts, who are found in thousands on this site, how are your Wikinut friends? Are they jackfruits or mangos?

Just an imaginary analogy. Do you like it?

Jackfruit

Look at the outside appearance of jackfruit!
It may look thorny. But the inside flesh is very tasty and healthy. You can use it in various ways.

Good post and analogy, thanks VP. A friend in need is a friend indeed. We need to hold other's hands in times of need. We help some, and others help us too, and no one is ignored. There is time for love and affection when our needs are limited - siva

Oh yes, about Mango, if my wife gets sap from the skin on her lips her lips burn she has to be careful to remove the skin before eating.
Also now you have me wanting Jackfruit.
