Photographer Scavenger Hunt Challenge
To be an Inspirationalist Photographer you must be able to see with your heart that which may or may not be................
Using Google (only because it is the one I use) locate any Random Word Generator, I like this one: http://watchout4snakes.com/CreativityTools/RandomWord/RandomWordPlus.aspx (it would not link for me).
Pick 5 random words, grab your camera and go for a walk or drive snapping captures of those random words. Remember random words are not words you pick, just take the first 5 words it gives you. :) It is quite a challenge at times.
Once home, use an editing program to describe your photographs. Look up the definition (again I use google define:) and then interpret the shot in your own way, after all it is what YOU see, feel, think, understand! THERE IS NO WRONG ANSWER!!!
I began to be a part of a Scavenger Hunt with my Photoblog Friends and have expanded my internal sight and Inspirational abilities through this challenge.
The 5 words from Photoblog this week (a different friend picks the words each week) were: Float, Communication, Sunshine, Wave, Keys. Below are my interpretations...
Rest or move on or near the surface of a liquid without sinking: "she relaxed, floating gently in the water".
A thing that is buoyant in water, in particular.
verb. swim - drift
noun. raft - buoy
As you can tell; I did not go for their definition ~ I went my own direction.
The imparting or exchanging of information or news.
A letter or message containing such information or news.
connection - message - connexion - intercourse
Not all Communication is verbal....our "Body Language" says so much!!
Direct sunlight unbroken by cloud, esp. over a comparatively large area.
sunlight - sun
Again I went a different direction than the norm....that is who I am.
The people with which I surround myself bring light and sunshine into my life or I remove them from my life (by choice) because sadness, drama, and darkness is not something I choose to accept from those I consider my friends.
Move one's hand to and fro in greeting or as a signal.
A long body of water curling into an arched form and breaking on the shore.
verb. swing - flutter - brandish - undulate - sway - flap
And of course I strayed from the norm here as well, but it is a challenge to stretch my way of thinking.....It gives me Inspiration
keys3rd person singular present, plural of key
A small piece of shaped metal, with incisions cut to fit the wards of a particular lock, that is inserted into a lock and turned to open...
A low-lying island or reef, esp. in the Caribbean.
Enter or operate on (data) by means of a computer keyboard: "she keyed in a series of commands".
The keys to our success is different for each of us, Teresa and Elbert were so Inspired me to be better than I ever thought I could be. They encouraged me to never surrender, regardless of the stress, struggles, or anything else that attempted to stop me from reaching my goal.
