Am I overweight or am I fat is probably the one that most people have asked at least once in their lifetime, more likely once a week or day even. Although there are many different body types and muscle mass on each individual person there are some things you can look for to determine when it is time to lose weight or if you are getting too fat. If you look straight down and cannot see your penis or your feet without bending forward.
When super-sizing is still not sufficient to fill you up...you remain hungry still.
You can only find your size clothing at the big and tall stores.
You cannot see where your ankle and calf are joined....you developed cankles.

When you start to develop stretch marks that look like a road-map of highways on your body.
When your ass cheeks have to hang over a regular sized chair.

When you cannot have sex by being on top b/c you will crush your partner.
And last but not least......When a airplane flight, a bus or train ride charges you two fares because you have to occupy two seats.
So there you have it folks. If you display most of these traits then most likely you need to lose weight and I would have to say yes you are too fat also.
